Terms and conditions

  1. Drying of Droëwors and biltong is priced at R10/kg based on the wet mass of meat.
  2. The meat processing price includes all fat, casing, and labor.
  3. Boerewors will be vacuum packed, while a charge of R5 will be applies to all other items.
  4. All carcasses must be skinned and cleaned before delivery.
  5. A game farm transport permit is required for delivery.
  6. No warm meat will be accepted.
  7. Please book your space at least 1 week before your hunting trip.
  8. Kindly confirm your reservation in advance before delivery.
  9. We reserved the right to reject carcasses that do not meet the necessary standards.
  10. By leaving carcasses with the Ginger Butcher, you accept full responsibility. The Ginger Butcher is not liable for any theft or damage.
  11. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the order sheet is filled in correctly as per their specifications.
